Every MVP includes at least one population health measure applied to the score and then your team has no insight into what score it will be. Many providers will have to do this to find specialty measurements or work on performance improvement in their measures to reach the required level and avoid a penalty.

I took some courses at Johns Hopkins for process improvement in patient care management. (02:20): 02:20): And so then I got promoted to being an outreach coordinator with the Department of Population Health. I did some process improvement projects there that were really successful.
