Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) proposed a new rule that would make major changes to the way that home care workers are compensated under Medicaid. The Frisco, Texas-based Addus currently provides home-based care services to approximately 46,500 consumers through 202 locations across 22 states.
