Teladoc, UnitedHealthcare get high marks from J.D. Power telehealth study

A telehealth satisfaction study released this past week from the data analytics and consumer intelligence company J.D. Power found that even as telehealth adoption has spiked, pain points exist – especially among patients with higher-risk profiles. Overall, the study – which was fielded in June and July of this year – found that 36% of patients have accessed telehealth services in the last year, up from 9% in 2020 and 7% in 2019.
