This version of Appendix PP is NOT the Requirements of Participation (RoP) Phase 2 and 3 changes. Those changes are in the Advance Copy – Appendix PPposted on June 29, 2022 and are effective October 24, 2022. The FINAL version of that Appendix PP will be posted on or after October 24, 2022.
