Private equity is playing a bigger role than ever in health care, and states are wrestling with how to ensure the transactions involving private equity players are transparent and consistent with state efforts to ensure access, affordability, and quality of care.

NASHP is convening a state-only webinar to discuss the increased role of private equity in health care, its impacts to the health care market, and how states can address issues of private investment in health care. After a presentation, there will be time for state questions and discussion.
