Project Firstline is excited to announce the availability of our newest suite of infection control educational resources and training materials! These new resources are designed to help all healthcare workers gain a foundational understanding of infection control, so they can recognize the risk for germs to spread throughout the workday and take action to protect patients and themselves – no matter the situation.

Project Firstline reaches healthcare workers in a variety of healthcare settings, including:

  • hospitals,
  • outpatient clinics,
  • dialysis centers, and
  • nursing homes

Project Firstline training materials and educational activities help to empower healthcare workers in building their foundational knowledge of infection control.

Created with healthcare workers, for healthcare workers, Project Firstline’s resources are responsive to the unique needs and time constraints that result from working in a healthcare setting. Ranging from bite-size social media graphics to toolkits for healthcare workers interested in hosting their own infection control trainings, the variety of formats helps ensure all healthcare workers can easily access the infection control information they deserve, in a way that works best for them. We encourage you to explore the newest section of Project Firstline’s website to access the full suite of dozens of educational resources. There, you’ll learn more about where germs live in health care and how they can spread – the first steps in recognizing when to take action to protect patients and save lives.

Use Project Firstline’s new training toolkits to help your team learn to recognize infection control risks throughout their workday, so they can take action to protect their patients, themselves, and their coworkers.

You don’t need to be an infection control expert to lead these trainings. The resources in this toolkit will help you along the way.
