CMS has posted the nursing home COVID-19 data for the week ending September 26, 2021.
This latest data set shows these changes from the September 19th data set:
- Resident vaccination increased 0.1% from the previous week
- Staff vaccination increased 1.7% from the previous week
- Resident confirmed cases increased 5,265 from the previous week
- Staff confirmed cases increased 6,268 from the previous week
- An additional 613 resident deaths from the previous week
- An additional 14 staff deaths from the previous week
