The Q4CY21 release of the Home Health Agency (HHA) Program for Evaluating Payment Patterns Electronic Report (PEPPER) is now available for download through the PEPPER Resources Portal. To obtain the HHA PEPPER:
- Review the Portal Access Instructions for accessing the HHA PEPPER on the Distribution Schedule page.
- Visit the PEPPER Resources Portal.
- Complete all fields.
- Download your PEPPER.
Go to the HHA “Training and Resources” page to register for a live webinar that will occur on July 19 at 3 p.m. ET.
About PEPPER
PEPPER is an educational tool that summarizes provider-specific data statistics for Medicare services that may be at risk for improper payments. Providers can use the data to support internal auditing and monitoring activities. Visit the HHA “Training and Resources” page on the PEPPER website to access updated resources for using PEPPER, including recorded web-based training sessions, a sample HHA PEPPER, and the current HHA PEPPER User’s Guide. PEPPER is developed under contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) by RELI Group, along with its partners TMF® Health Quality Institute and CGS.
