This informal state-only webinar will feature state officials from the Maryland Health Services Cost Review Commission, who will present about the state’s experience in implementing a hospital global budget model and offer insights about the infrastructure needed for these initiatives, the benefits, as well as potential implementation challenges. There will be a designated question and answer portion of the webinar to facilitate state-to-state learning and sharing of best practices.
