CMS has posted updated documents pertinent to the LTC Survey Process for the 3rd consecutive Friday this month. Those documents can be found here.
Appendix PP is the February 3, 2023 version posted that Friday while Chapter 7 SOM is the February 10, 2023 version posted the following Friday. LTCSP Procedure Guide carries an implementation date of February 18, 2023.
