In case you missed it, the PHE was extended on October 13, 2022 and is set to expire on January 12, 2023 unless we are notified otherwise. HHS has promised to provide at least 60 days advance notice of its expiration.
I recommend that you download this document and refer to it as needed; at the very least, bookmark it for future reference. There’s a lot of red ink as well as cross-outs throughout the document that provide history as well as current status of the PHE waivers.
