This is a reminder for all long-term care facilities that your 4th quarter PBJ data is due this Sunday, November 14, 2021.
Submissions must be received by the end of the 45th calendar day (11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time) after the last day in each fiscal quarter to be considered timely.

Don’t be late – submit your 4th quarter data before the deadline. Failure to do so will negatively impact your Five-Star rating as well as what your facility looks like on Care Compare to consumers and potential customers.
