OSHA is reminding employers must electronically submit 2021 injury and illness data from OSHA Form 300A by March 2, 2022 if they have:
• 250 or more employees and are currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records.
• 20-249 employees classified in specific industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses. Included in the list on this website are:
Visit OSHA’s Injury Tracking Application webpage for more information and to submit data online.
When electronically submitting OSHA Form 300A, you must provide your Employer Identification Number.
