Status of OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard: COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing

You may have heard late yesterday/early this morning that OSHA has “suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending further developments in the litigation.”

That message is found on the OSHA website:

You’ve also likely been following the news that several states as well as private and business entities have filed litigation against the OSHA ETS with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granting a motion to stay the ETS.
