Learning, Connections and Maybe a Virtual Group Hug…What to Expect at ELEVATE PX 2021

Almost a year ago we announced that Patient Experience Conference 2020 would not be held as an in-person gathering due to concerns about the rapid spread of the coronavirus. Reinforcing the value and need for connection and learning, we instead reformatted the event as a multi-week, virtual learning experience. . Over 500 individuals participated in the virtual offering that included access to 53 live and recorded events which were originally part of the PX2020 breakout session line-up.

We remember Manuel Ellis , a Black man killed in police custody whose last words— I can’t breathe —became an international rallying cry for social justice after the death of George Floyd.
