CMS has posted the iQIES MDS Frequently Asked Questions for Providers, version 1.0 with the date of April 25, 2023. This is a 7-page document.
Be sure to share this document with your Provider Security Official (PSO) and anyone else that submits MDS and/or retrieves reports such as the Final Validation Report.
