QSEP Training: Long Term Care Regulatory and Interpretive Guidance and Psychosocial Severity Guide Updates – June 2022

You may have noticed in yesterday’s news from CMS that there is publicly available guidance training for nursing home providers in the Quality, Safety and Education Portal (QSEP) to explain these updates and changes to regulations and guidance.

Today, that training is now available here.

The last seven topics (above) are found by clicking on the 12 that appears beneath the Food and Nutrition document title.

Each topic is in the form of a PDF PowerPoint-type document, so you’ll scroll through those slides/pages for the training.

In addition to reviewing the QSO Memorandum, I encourage you and your team to take advantage of these training materials. I also suggest that it may be a great starting point as you work to digest all of the changes we need for compliance going forward, starting October 24, 2022.
