TRAINING MATERIALS AVAILABLE: The Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) and Long-Term Care Hospital (LTCH) Updated Guidance Virtual Training Program – Prerecorded Training Videos
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is providing a virtual training program that will review the updated guidance for the IRF Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI) 4.0 and the LTCH CARE Data Set (LCDS 5.0) for providers in the IRF and LTCH settings.
The Part 1 prerecorded training videos of the Virtual Training Program are now available to view on YouTube. The recorded training session videos deliver foundational knowledge necessary to understand the new items and guidance.
The Part 2 live, virtual workshop sessions of the Virtual Training Program provide coding practice on the items covered in the Part 1 videos. These sessions will be recorded and available after the conclusion of the event.
