Congratulations to our Chicago team for being recognized as one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®. This is our fifth consecutive year being recognized for this award. This adds to our growing list of awards and recognitions!

“I’m consistently amazed by what my Chicago-based Perficient colleagues are able to accomplish. The team not only delivers their work with pride and care across many different business units and customers, but also ensures they are supporting each other and our community. I’m extremely proud to work with this outstanding group of people, and they should be proud of what they accomplish every day. Earning this award for the fifth year in a row is just one piece of the recognition they deserve!”

What Is The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®

Best and Brightest Logo

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® program identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. – Best and Brightest

The program assesses organizations based on both an employer profile and anonymous employee surveys. The employer profile is a detailed assessment that outlines areas such as work-life balance, diversity, retention rates, and more. Chicagoland employees also filled out anonymous surveys to gather feedback. Both steps were then rigorously scored to determine the winners.

A Look Into Our Chicago Team

Our Chicago colleagues know how to get involved both in and out of the office. They are highly active in their community through a multitude of initiatives. For instance, colleagues routinely volunteer at the Greater Chicago Food Depository to pack meals for those facing food insecurity. While packing thousands of meals for those in need, leading food drives, and raising money, the GCFD is an organization close to the Chicago team’s heart.

During the height of the Coronavirus pandemic, the team also created a virtual event where all colleagues safely participated. “Miracle Miles” encouraged employees to get active for a great cause. A GPS tracking app logged each mile that was walked, biked, or cycled. A dollar was then donated for each mile to a Perficient-approved charity.

We are continuously honored to see our people being recognized for their dedication to making Perficient a leading workplace. While the team is just now starting to get back together for in-person events, here’s a look into how our Chicago colleagues get involved:
